All campaign strategies, optimizations, and methodologies developed by PPC Impact remain our intellectual property. However, all ad copy, creative assets provided by you, and campaign data remain your property.
You agree to comply with all Google Ads policies and guidelines. We will manage your campaigns in accordance with these policies, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your products, services, and website comply with Google's requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPC Impact LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
